Exchanges and Returns

Each of our FLØW Travel Mats is crafted with special dedication and attention to detail. That's why we strive to make every purchase a conscious choice.

 

We do not make changes or returns for reasons of personal preference (such as choice of model, color or texture).

 

In any case, and in compliance with current regulations in Argentina, you can request the cancellation of your purchase within 10 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

 

To qualify for a refund, the mat must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will issue the corresponding refund.

 

If your order has any issues or defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, attaching photos and your order number. We will find a solution and, if necessary, cover the shipping and replacement costs.
